For those unable to meet sales targets, varying penalties will be applied to annual settlement salaries based on employee ranks. Deductions will be capped at the lowest unit price of Hechuang’s available models, with a maximum deduction exceeding 130,000 yuan.
Additionally, the informant revealed that all units within the Hopson Group and the Pearl River Group system are included in Hechuang Auto’s overall marketing scope. As a guideline, each person is expected to sell one Hechuang Auto in 2023, with exceptions made for special positions.
