Reports indicate that the brand-new Geely Krypton 001 hit the market on February 27th this year, offering a total of four models priced between 269,000 和 329,000 yuan. While the entry-level remains on par with its predecessor, the mid-range and top-tier variants see a reduction of 20,000 yuan.
Speaking of its exterior, the new Geely Krypton 001 receives a sporty design enhancement, mirroring the aesthetic of the Geely Krypton 001FR. This includes identical front and rear bumper designs, broader air intakes, and enlarged air vents.
Moreover, the all-new Geely Krypton 001 introduces a fresh “hunting green” color option to cater to a wider array of individual tastes. Additionally, there are partial upgrades to the car’s interior and features, such as the inclusion of the AR-HUD head-up display system, a 15.05-inch 2.5K flexible OLED central control screen, and a Yamaha sound system standard across all models.
At the rear end, notable adjustments include the refinement of the left and right triangular reflectors, along with the integration of the roof camera into the rear wing. The overall dimensions of the car remain relatively consistent, measuring 4977mm in length, 1999mm in width, and 1545mm in height, with a wheelbase spanning 3005mm. Notably, the height registers a slight reduction compared to the previous model.
The revamp of the three key electric components stands as a pivotal enhancement for the all-new Jike 001. Standard across the entire lineup is an 800V high-voltage system, complemented by a 95-degree Ningde Shenxing battery and a 100-degree Ningde Qilin battery, significantly enhancing electric drive efficiency and range replenishment. With the introduction of the second-generation full-area thermal management system PTM2.0, the range sees an impressive increase of 256 kilometers after just 5 minutes of charging.
Regarding driving dynamics, the vehicle boasts the latest intelligent chassis system. Transitioning from the old single-chamber suspension, an upgrade to the dual-chamber suspension is implemented (available as an option for the entry-level model). The integration of CCD electromagnetic damping, dual-chamber air suspension, and the intelligent magic carpet feature gives rise to the Extreme Krypton Magic Carpet dual-chamber air suspension system.
In terms of intelligent hardware, the cockpit chip advances from Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 到 8295, with LiDAR becoming standard across the entire series. Furthermore, enhancements in algorithms enable support for LiDAR+visual fusion perception, enhancing non-standard object recognition.
Regarding power performance, the all-new Geely Krypton 001 single-motor version sees an upgrade from 200kW to 310kW, while the dual-motor version receives a boost from 400kW to 580kW. The rear-wheel-drive model achieves acceleration from 0 到 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds, whereas the four-wheel-drive model accomplishes the same feat in 3.3 seconds.
